I had a derailment with my sister's wedding this weekend, but now I'm back and yesterday was a good day.
Today will be another good day, and so on.
Thanksgiving will be a free day. I will try to keep portions in mind so I can try everything without being ridonkulous though.
I did walking lunges in the airport last week. So I didn't hit my 2 FULL BODY ST days a week, but I DID get 2 days of ST and my legs certainly felt the lunges - hello glutes!
Joining the 100 pushup challenge with some friends on FB, I think that will help a lot. I'm going to be a little behind because I didn't actually start yesterday, but I will get on track!
