Yesterday was a long day in the car but I still managed to make a meatless Monday dinner. Originally DH was just going to grab something but I had a few minutes to throw something in the crockpot in the afternoon before I left for my PT appointment. I put a Bear Creek soup in the crockpot with some frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Some of the thickener from the soup glopped up but otherwise it came out fine. I think it would work better for a broth based soup instead of one of their creamy soups. Oh well, lesson learned and dinner cooked at home. All good
In my November Challenge as usual I am struggling with the tracking portion. If I track 100% today and tomorrow and stay under my Carb goal. As Well as log fitness minutes both days I will again beat the previous week's point total. Progress, not perfection right? Weight is back up to 252 so no go on staying in the 240's yet. Grrr... will I ever get there?
Goals for today:

Finish reading "The Happiness Project" as it is just dragging out for some reason.

Pull out the Wii for a different workout today

Track every morsel

Complete at least 1 report

Try a new recipe for dinner
