Getting back on track

I slacked off, lost some good habits and put on a few pounds, I'll know how many tomorrow at my weigh in. Why did this happen? As I said in previous posts, I got bored. I got bored walking, I got bored tracking my foods. I used that bordem as an excuse to slack off. But yesterday I got back to tracking and made a plan for walking:
1. My work does a Holiday challenge where you weigh in at the start, can weigh weekly if you want, and weigh in at the end. You get fitness points for participating and either maintaining or losing weight. Once you get a certain level of fitness points, you get a gift card. Plus, whomever loses the most weight gets a gift card. I weighed in yesterday and plan on doing weekly weights.
2. I am in the process of signing up for use of the walking trail at the company fitness center. I don't have time to go work out, but I can run over, change into comfy clothes and walk for 15-20 minutes on my lunch hour. It is indoors, so the weather won't affect me and I can wear my ipod.
3. Tracking, tracking and more tracking my foods. I get tired of it but right now I need it to keep me on track.
