I have been in a funk. I don't know what put me there, but have had a terrible time trying to motivate myself to get up and move out of it. Something clicked last night as I was getting ready for bed. I decided enough is enough and resolved to begin this morning on the right track and keep going. I did!
I completed my 10 minute cardio this morning. I have started off with my water. I decided to simplify my goals and am focusing on 2 things, water and exercise. I know my food choices lean toward the not enough, and my tastes are usually healthy. So, that is not where my focus needs to be.
This week, my goal is to drink 8 cups of water a day and 10 min cardio workout Tues, Wed, Friday. I'm going to begin again.
