Breakfast choices.

So looking at the types of breakfast I can have, I'm seeing that a bagel with peanut butter might be portable and easy to eat in the car, but it's also almost 500 calories. I need to rethink this one.

For mornings when I have to eat on the go, perhaps a small yogurt and several pieces of fruit would be a wiser choice.
