For the first 10 week challenge I followed the bodytrim program enough to get all the benefits the program promised and lost 9.5kgs over the whole 10 weeks, then when I began the new one 8 weeks ago now I went off the program completely and even though Ive still managed to lose almost 4 kilos without the program Ive only mamaged this because Im doing heaps of gardening everyday, and the works been heavy too because were totally clearing away everything and designing it all over again bit by bit. I,m especially unhappy about the old habits that have taken hold again, and some have really gotten out of hand so its going to be a full on turn around for the plans Ive got for the next 10 week challenge which start in 2 weeks. I've baught new sneakers and they are definately going to make my walking side to the program alot more comfortable and I even baught a weightball and with the giftcard Mark gave me for my birthday I plan on finding a walking dvd to follow a few times each week. There are so many things I'm going to be stopping as soon as possible so that I can concentrate on the new challenge when it begins in 2 weeks. I would have gotten alot of stressfull situations out of the way by the start of this new challenge so I'm looking farward to the new phase thats comeing up.
