I didn't get around to make an entry yesterday. My weekend was good! my DH was out hunting so I had my 3 kids to myself. I cleaned, did the swim lessons got my oldest shoes, had a decent dinner. All day Saturday, good foods, I had one extra slice of pizza, I didn't think enough about it to stop eating it. But Ok. Sunday, we went to see Wreck-It Ralph (Good Movie!!) I got the kids popcorn, no butter. I had a couple of handfuls. I did make a dessert, and had my fair share, but I compensated fat dinner and had a nice filling salad. I really upped my exercising this weekend. 65 minutes of biking and a really intense cardio workout! Very happy. And yesterday, I did very well. Just walked at lunch, my hip flexors are sore from my Sunday workout.
Today, I already did my workout, I did a step routine. and I am a bit unsure of my foods for work. We are having chili today. I'm doing good!
