Has anyone else signed up for the sparks coaching? Well I did today and look forward to the daily tips and coaching that this will offer me.
Time to focus on the food portion and immerse myself in the process. The last 3 1/2 months dedicated to making exercise a habit and a part of my life.. check! I love it and will never go back to what I use to do.. which was nothing.. I need to remember how that felt and push myself to go to the gym or do something active. My body feels so much better.
Even my knees seem better with the strength training of my legs.. and that has to improve even more if I lose more weight..
