Daily Verse: 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

What went well? I ate well, I drank 72 ounces of water, I did my cardio, and I went to bed early so I could get a full 8 hours of sleep!

What needs to be improved? I gotten in the habit of replacing my 8:30pm snack with a serving of cereal. There are two problems with this: 1) If a serving of cereal has 100 calories (most cereal has more), then I add 1 cup of milk and that makes it 190. Which would be find if a serving of cereal & milk were filling. 2) Cereal has a lot of sugar, and aside from this I havenít been eating any because it has a very addictive quality for me.

Whatís my plan of action? Just by posting about this I know I will make a better choice. So tonight, when itís time for my evening snack, I will try to be more mindful of what I am eating.

Workout: Elliptical 21 minutes. This was my last 21 minute workout the next time I do elliptical my time increases. I felt great when I was working out today too! I burned 285 calories, and my distance was 1.05.
