I reached some of my goals yesterday but not all of them. I got 10 flights of stairs in. I ate all sorts of healthy foods throughout the day. I updated my blog. So that's all the good stuff. I was too busy at work yesterday (WAH wahhh) to be able to go out and walk around the building at lunchtime. Then when I got home we ate dinner and then went out shopping which shopping was a really good workout because we went to BJ's and then to the grocery store. I got around 6000 steps in out of my 10,000 goal.
Just in case it's as insane at work today as it was yesterday I woke up and got a morning workout in this morning. It's a jumpstart on my steps for the day.
My goals for today are the same as yesterday which Are 10,000 steps, eating my healthy foods throughout the day, writing in my journal, And 10 flights of stairs.
