Had one of those absolutely crazy nights at work. The kind where you look at the clock and think "Holy COW where have the past two hours gone!" The kind where you eat your supper cold and on the run because you have just been too busy to eat. The kind where you and your co-worker look and each other and starting laughing so you don't scream and/or cry.
The best part of this? The gym actually relaxed me tonight. I was wound tight when I walked in the door. I was late getting there (I was meeting two co-workers) so that added to my tension. I did a quick warmup and hopped on the treadmill. About 5 minutes in, I stopped thinking about work. 10 minutes in and I was actually feeling the tension leaving my body. It was AWESOME!
