Strengths Training

I have been doing HEAPS of travelling this year ... and was away again last Friday to Sunday ... so my exercise got interrupted.

Its been about a month since I did any strengths training - funny how you can love something so much then as time slips by you grow more resistant to feeling the pain ... that same pain that you had once enjoyed because it was really only fleeting and it was taking you closer to your goals ...

I have to say - it was a somewhat rusty session, a bit slower than I had become accustomed to - but I maintained the same weights and completed the entire workout ... and it was GOOD!

Off to do a couple more stretches before I go hit the sack ... a great day today peeps - a great day.

    I have this same problem, when traveling it is hard. I have some resistance bands which helps me maintain when I am on the road, but I didn't do that last time I was in NZ and it was about 6weeks between sessions. I was really shocked at how much i had lost especially upper body strength. So its a good lesson for me to pack the bands and actually use them while traveling.
