day 6 with 1st workout

Tuesday, November 20, 2012

Last night i cooked some chicken breast with mrs dash and i am loving that stuff . I cooked 3 chicken breast and i thought that would last a few days wrong .
After packing my food for today its gone like lasted 4 meals . i have one meal that im going to eat at 8pm and then another at 11pm when im done working out .
My dietician also said to average at least a gallon of water , yeah im working on that so far so good still got a few more cups to go before my nights done .
Currently I am at work finish at 9pm and then off to the gym for my 2nd workout of the day .
I worked out before work today but only for 30mins but 30 mins better than 0 minutes.

Its the holidays and I thought this eating clean diet would kill be but I am doing okay . I know come turkey day I will still continue with how i eat my meals and when its time to eat im just going to portion everything out .
Pack some for my workday because I work on Friday and that will be portioned out really well

I have yet to step on a scale and i dont want to I am just focused on my food and water intake and getting my workouts in sync

I think thats best for me because once i have that fear of not making weight i freak out and i already know what number i have to lose for my 1st goal and i'll just stick with that .

Tracking my meals with sparkpeople and myfitnesspal is also helping as well .

Its crazy because when i was not paying attention to my food , i didnt think of food at all and now that i am eating clean and focused on my food . Thats all i think about ! its insane lol

Happy Monday everybody , Thanks for stopping by and for all your support
