I'm tracking everything well and still adding in a few more fruits and veggies every day. I really need to work on the self-control though. Today would have been perfect if I could have turned down the pizza this evening. That pizza edged me over my calorie range, added to my cholesterol (but didn't put it over) and upped the carbs and sodium to dangerous levels, not to mention the horrible heartburn. Seriously, I don't even like pizza that much!
I'll continue to work on the self-control and in the mean time I'll add as much exercise everyday as possible.
Today I made it up to 1.5 hours of exercise! I used to do 2 hours 5 days/week. I'm hoping to make it back to that by January.
Goals for tomorrow:
2) Track food
3) Add fruits and veggies
5) Check animals food and water
6) Quick Clean
