Well, I took a cumulative look at my food lately. It wasn’t QUITE as horrible as I thought. The 8 day calorie average was 2100. But, boy oh boy, that 2990 Sunday was OBSCENE!
Is it normal that overloading on food – especially bad carbs – brings on a bad case of The Lazies ? And MORE carb CRAVING ?!!! Plus I have just felt like crap all along.
SO N-O-T WORTH IT !
I have a nice, small, red, delicious apple ready for my bedtime snack
