Today was a go go go Monday...Started with a good breakfast Paul made, took the kids to school, then it was off to the gym. 90 minutes between cardio & strength training it was amazing! We started with 15 minutes on the elliptical in the 15 minutes I did the best I've done...Hitting 5 mph about 5 times for 1 full minute & 1 minute at 6 mph, I AM so proud of myself, the rest of the time I was between 3.5 & 4 mph. after the elliptical it was time for strength training, then 20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 incline & 3 mph, right to the bike (2.5 miles there), then a short break (walking around the gym to cool down) then it was my favorite machine the seated leg press this is like squats only sitting down...LOVE IT! I tried out this calf machine too but only did 10 of them, I'll do it more on Wednesday. Finally it was home, shower only to leave again to go do some shopping. Got home about 1 hour before the kids were do home so that's when we sat for a bit.
It was a busy day! Loved every minute of it!
