There are so many things that we can all do, to ensure that we are moving
closer and closer to our goals ! One of the things is : consistency. Another
is ; accepting our set-backs, and not allowing them to spiral out of control.
Appreciating our workouts, for the relaxing endeavors, that they are, will
help us to look forward to, and enjoy, our workouts. Always enjoying a
nutritious breakfast will help to fuel our bodies for whatever our morning's
plans entail. Always remember to keep hydrated ! Try to walk, whenever
