17. I am thankful for being called"small" or "tiny" because of my healthier lifestyle. It took 65 years, but it was the first times I ever heard those terms applied towards myself.
18. I am thankful I live in a country that allows me all the freedoms I have.
19. I am thankful for the wonderful education opportunities that have been afforded me throughout my life. I love learning and I usually have something new come along each day.
Today my seasonal allergies had their way with me once more. I felt so terrible this morning, I think I fell into my pit. It doesn't happen often, thank goodness. It used to happen quite frequently. Now it seems to happen perhaps once and no more than twice a year and only when something else is going on with my health. This is one of the reasons I need to do my thankful posts for this month. Doing them and thinking about each one, helps me turn the negative of the depression to a positive without going into a manic episode. Keeping on a more even keel is what I'm all about with meds and doctor's appointments in Gainesville, etc.
It would seem my blue Monday turned into a very good day after all. How was your Monday? Did you make wise choices? Make someone else feel good about themselves? Did you remember to smile a lot. Honestly whenever we do these things, we tend to feel much better ourselves. It's as good as any therapy!!
Peace, Love, and Joy to all my Spark Buds. Y'all are wonderful and I love each of you!!
