Finished eating for the night. Going to drink a 16 oz. bottle of water before bed though. Had the following menu...Got in 29 out of 33 daily maintenance points.
Breakfast: Cream of wheat, apple, 2 marshmallows, reduced fat peanut butter on low calorie wheat
Activity: Still trying to earn a little bit before bed. Was at the doctor with mom today and did not do much walking
Lunch: Turkey breast lunch meat (3 slices) on low calorie wheat with lettuce, tomato, carrots and a weight watcher string cheese
Dinner out: Grilled chicken breast, mixed green salad with fat free french, green beans and 1/2 of a roll w/o butter
Dessert: weight watcher mini bar, honey bunches of oats cereal (eaten dry), weight watcher smoothie, fat free pudding cup
Working tomorrow so I will wear active link on the job and I will have the following menu...
Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal with 1% milk (6 points plus)
Lunch before my shift: turkey breast lunch meat (3 slices) on low calorie wheat (5 points plus)
Dinner at home after work: pork chop, green beans, carrots and stewed tomatoes (3 points plus)
Dessert--To be decided.
