SMART GOALS

My smart goal is to lose 50lbs by June30, 2013.

I am going to break my weight loss goals into 5 lb increments and aim to reach these mini-goals every 3-4 weeks.

My target right now is 5 lbs lost by 12-15-12.

    Oh it is so nice to see someone who is realistic about what to do. It saddens me when I see someone who wants to lose 30 pounds in six weeks or thinks they are plateaued because they have only lost 4.5 pounds in the last three weeks.
