I made it 12 minutes again today.

I am still working on all of my craft projects & reading all of my books.

I am having a headache free day.

    Walk Away the Pounds sounds like it is doing great things for you. I haven't tried it, but I have been walking at the track for 40 minutes a day. ( started at 30 minutes and then started to go longer) Hoping to get to 50 minutes soon and then an hour.
    I didn't know about the water and headache connection that timothynohe suggested. Good idea.

    If you are having daily headaches, you may want to verify that your are drinking enough water. Not "just enough" but all that you need. I find that most of my headaches are due to dehydration.
