60 day juice feast: you are what you eat... or drink

Morning:
hot water and lemon
1 Pint of apples, carrots, sweet potato
Snack:
6oz of apples and oranges
Afternoon:
1 Pint of 1/2 beet, 8 kale leaves, 3 carrots, apples, lemon, sweet potato
Snack:
6oz of apples and oranges
Evening:
1 pint of beets, apples, lemon, kale, carrots

Water throughout the day. Herbal tea and honey for night-time snack.

NO BITES TODAY. ALL JUICE, ALL DAY! YES!!

    Yeah, I noticed the great weight loss, after the headaches went away do you notice anything improved about your health, skin. . . By taking in these great fruits and vegetables raw, you are avoiding so many things that are not looking good for us, soy, wheat, corn.

You are doing so well. I just love to read your blogs.
