So I had a great workout day! I challenged myself to kick it up on my cardio and strenght training so I could get this last 10 lbs off. So far so good. Last week I tried getting up in the morning before work and try working out...it seems to work better but also is harder to do. I liked that once I had it done for the day I had the whole evening to relax, watch tv....didn't have to worry about getting my workout done. But trying to get up at 4:45 in the morning sucks....but I will press on and try to keep doing it. I liked how it made me feel through out the day. Was clearer, more focused....didn't have to worry about when I was going to work out...cuz it was done. Either way I'm doing it and getting them done!
