So I had a great workout day! I challenged myself to kick it up on my cardio and strenght training so I could get this last 10 lbs off. So far so good. Last week I tried getting up in the morning before work and try working out...it seems to work better but also is harder to do. I liked that once I had it done for the day I had the whole evening to relax, watch tv....didn't have to worry about getting my workout done. But trying to get up at 4:45 in the morning sucks....but I will press on and try to keep doing it. I liked how it made me feel through out the day. Was clearer, more focused....didn't have to worry about when I was going to work out...cuz it was done. Either way I'm doing it and getting them done!

    You have been doing fantastic! I agree, getting up at 4:45 is almost impossible with the two little bedhogs we have - if they didn't keep disrupting us throughout the night, we may sleep better. Silly Frenchies.... Keep up the great work - you look awesome babe! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I agree with you. If exercise is done the first thing in the morning, before everything else starts - it sure opens up the day in a good way and seems to free-up so much time as well!
