Somewhere it is day 8 already, post stats here!

On the other side of the world it is already day 8 so why not get in early?
Here is where all my wonderful 30 day Challenge ladies will post their successes. OR...fess up to owing a coffee goodie! Hey no biggie if that is you! Just get back on it! Remember this challenge is for YOU! To keep you accountable and make you more intentional about your activity! AND...TO have fun with it!

Are you having fun yet? When I got on the treadmill to do my day 7 minutes, all 15 of them, I did not even bother to change out of my jeans and t-shirt...I was going to do my 15 minutes and that was it! Well....2.5 miles later, ( 40 minutes) or 4.02 km later and I got off the treadmill! Now THAT is how this accountability and challenge thing gets you STARTED...,the rest is up to you.

Now ladies, there are a few who have suffered injuries or are not feeling well, pop by and show them some love if you can!!! They will appreciate it I know!

Okay...,so on to day 8 and PLEASE send me more goofy pics!

I will post the link to the blog with day 6 & 7 stats as soon as I have the last of Day 7 stats in!

    Did some upper body and core strength exercises, only did 29 minutes, but can feel it, my arms are jello!

    Hi! I did 25 minutes of dance aerobics today. I'm currently living near Chibougamau, in the James Bay Region of Northern Quebec. This is a lot of fun - and it's great how many are participating - thanks for organizing this! emoticon

    Day 7 on previous post :) 25 min yoga (Half Moon sequence) and 2 short SP videos with stability ball (about 6 mins)

Day 8: 25 minutes yoga (Earth series) and 10 min Abs Blaster SP New You Bootcamp video

    Hey, Im from Orem, UT and today I did 35 mins of JIllian Michaels Power Yoga. I am planning on my one hr of intermitent walks throughout the day as well!

FitBolt odds - App downloaded onto computer reminds me every 30minutes to step away and do something - exercise or stretch - it all adds up!
