Yumminess for the week

Sunday morning I made Cinnamon Graham Cracker Pumpkin Protein Pancakes & topped them with some fresh blackberries & blueberries. Oh so good!!

Then I started prepping for the week...

Cinnamon Graham Cracker Pumpkin Protein Bread. It's really good...a little dry so I would add a bit more pumpkin next time.

Cleaned & chopped veggies & fruit...

Grilled some of the veggies & a steak

Mixed up some vanilla creme :)

And made a delicious salad

For dinner we had shrimp & veggie stir-fry with spinach tortellini

This morning I had nutrigrain waffles and egg white, leek & chia omelet

Snacked on a slice of protein bread & a clementine

Lunch - grilled steak and salad

PM snack - vanilla creme w/fresh berries

Went to Core Bootcamp class tonight and was the only one there so I had a personal trainer for the eve! It was a killer class...I'm going to be so sore tomorrow!!

Now I'm enjoying my whey protein shake and relaxing.
