Silver Lining: Excercising

In trying to find the positive side of everything (which takes a lot of effort on my part), here are my thoughts (so far) on EXCERCISING: emoticon

-It makes showers feel better when you have sore muscles and are sweaty
-It makes falling asleep at night easier
-It brings back fond memories of a much missed martial arts class
-I'm doing something that will have visible (positive) results in the future
-It helps the body eliminate toxins (by moving sweat, lymph, and bile)
-It lubricates my joints that ache anyway

FYI, this is to be the first entry of a series. If I have to write down the "silver linings", it will make me start searching harder for the positive side of things on a conscious, and eventually, sub-conscious level. If anyone is actually reading any of these posts (thank you!), please feel free to contribute silver linings I may have not considered. emoticon
