I have been an Asian food junkie for years but SP has turned my habit in a positive direction. I used to eat lots of fried Asian foods and way too much of them. I have reformed; now I eat lots of veggies when I order Asian. Case in point: today instead of fried rice, I ordered steamed veggies with my meal. I ate half of my meal for lunch and the rest of it with my dinner; how's that for portion control. (Actually, I eat less bread and more veggies with almost every meal.)
