Time is so valuable!

After watching today's SparkCoach video I was so inspired! After years of depression, I'm finally taking control of my life. I used to always make up so many excuses why I couldn't do anything for me. "I'm too tired" "I've got other things to do" ect. Depression was a hole that swallowed me and I'm finally beginning to crawl out, but there are some old habits I haven't quite shaken yet. Some of these include time management. I'm constantly putting things off and getting stressed out when I have to do so many last minute tasks. And what was I doing when I should have been doing work or excersizeing ect? I was probably surfing the web mindlessly scrolling my news feed or watching television and eating 1000's of calories! It's time for a change!
