So sore this, today I can barely move. Maybe Cathe Boot Camp yesterday was a bit ambitious for a welcome back workout? Oh we'll, today's workout, tomorrow's warm up right?

Anyway, I did manage to knock out a couple workouts this morning.

  emoticon emoticon It will get better and better! I would go to the sauna after my work out as a reward and it helped in loosing up my muscles so they aren't as sore. emoticon emoticon emoticon
