One thing for sure I do not want to be "off guard" this holiday week, I know if I do not plan or write a plan then I am planning to fail.. Last year at Thanksgiving I did write down a plan for the Holiday week and all in all it went pretty well. So just like I just wrote a check list of things I got to do and things I need at the store I am making this list of what I need to do to stay on track .
Monday: Stay with in calorie range
go to gym ---- Check
Tuesday--- Get nails down, go to work then to store for last minute supplies
Stay with in calorie range
increase water intake .
10 minutes of marching in place followed by squats
Wednesday: in the AM do 10 minutes of marching in place , do 30 squats
them do prep work for next day, clean up house then work in the Afternoon
stay with in calorie range increase more water
(write my blessing blog)
Thursday: Up early dress bird clean up kitchen head out for 2nd annual neighborhood Turkey trot around the neighborhood. we walk about 2 or 3 miles
My Plan for the day is to enjoy my family, eat in moderation and no mindless picking yes I will have some of my pumpkin cheese cake and that will be that.
BLACK FRIDAY: Plan for this day is just to survive.. the day at work.. LOL
