Hey everyone, hope you all had a good weekend. I splurged a little bit this weekend but I am back on track today. I went to the gym and I had a really good workout. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and about 10 minutes on the crosstrainer.
I feel really good! I am still trying to work on not eating as many sweets and eating more fruits and veggies, but so far I have stayed in my calorie goal.
I also joined a couple of challenge team that will hopefully get my weight loss kick started.
