I have been giving some serious thought to my last blog post. I have come to the conclusion that due to my tendencies to undereat (I know its not the norm.) that I must continue to count my calories to be sure that I meet my nutritional requirements. However, I will continue to use the IOWL philosophy: no food is evil, I won't berate myself for going off plan, and I won't use self hate to get myself where I want to go. I will be using a journal, meditation, and the 're-do' method. I will meditate on how to adjust my appetite to a level where I am healthy, well nourished, and I lose weight effortlessly. That is the basic tenet of IOWL: to be naturally slender. That is my goal.
Here are is basic minimal eating plan:
1. At least 1200 calories
2. I am following the

3 c. of vegetables, 3 times per day, for my brain function (its good for lots of people, and I want to take every advantage that I can.)
3. I will have 4 tbsp of coconut oil every day for thyroid.
4. At least 60 grams of carbs. from healthy sources (berries

,

bananas, citrus

, steel cut oatmeal

, lentils, brown rice, quinoa, kefir or yogurt, organic milk

)
5. Eat home cooked meals as often as possible.
6. Daily green tea with lemon
My rotation (as soon as I stop hurting.)
1. At least 30 min. of cardio 5 days/week
2. 2 strength training sessions per week.
3. Yoga every other day.
Stress relief:
Meditation every night before bed.
