Today I felt like a slug but it was strength training day so I drugged my butt downstairs to my gym room and popped in Pump this workout worked every muscle in my body...each body part got 4-5 minutes of barbell work...the workout is 55 minutes long ( I did have to keep on telling myself just push through bad do you want it?? I want it BAD so I pushed!!)...and the music is fun get you moving and man by the time your done your sweating buckets!! LOVED IT!! My arms are soooo sore, tri's bi's and every part part got it but good!! Hope I am sore tomorrow! And that workout got my energy level WAY up!!

Today is low carb day and I am burning off more fat!!
