Update on November goals

Hi all,

I am so pleased. I am making progress on my goals and, so far, am meeting them all. One of my goals was to check in with you all to report on my progress. That has held me accountable very well. It has also helped me make sure to exercise when I don't feel like it because I have to report to you!

I am working on cardio blast and am happy to report progress on the "Hop to It" segment. When I first started working on this one coudn't even hop over the tubing. I could only un-weight my feet without actually hopping. Now I can hop over the tubing for most of the exercises except for the one legged hop. Yay!

I am no longer using the walking segment every other day, but am using the 80s sement instead. It's still low impact, but a bit more intense.

I continue with the Fit, Firm and Fired up and am now adding 5# weights. Again, Yay!

And I'm starting to think about December goals. I think I will still report in with you all every week. It seems to keep me motivated and helps me stick to my targets.
