I was being a bit lazy tonight after work! I was at the gym for two hours this morning and just had time for a quick lunch before slugging it out at work for the rest of the day, naturally when I came home instead of going through the process of making soup. I decided to just grab a tin!
Whilst pouring through all the tins and making a selection I noticed most if not all give you the nutritional values for half a tin?? Half a tin?? Now I'm maybe alone here, but I never thought my portion size was all that bad? Does anyone measure out half a tin of soup? I mean it wasn't even a big one? I think I may have once shared one with my other half but that was the early days of our relationship, now he knows better than to ask! lol
So yeah that is my question today? Am I a lardy for wanting to scoff my WHOLE tin of soup for dinner? or do people actually have that little?
