Let's start the week on a healthy note, it's Thanksgiving this week so be careful try not to over do it. But enjoy your family and friends and be thankful for the things you have. Don't forget a small work out goes along way. I will be doing a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and a sensible dinner. I don't want to stop my weight loss I am down another 4 pounds since last week.
So everybody keep up the good work, you can do it.
