During the depths of the last two months of poor nutrition and not moving, I stopped reading Runners World, stopped reading my friends' blog posts here on Sparkpeople, and even stopped spinning the good old sparkpoints wheel (am I the only one who feels silly doing that everyday?)
One of the ways I know I'm getting better is that I've started reading again, and planning, and, well, caring.
Today I am going to try to work out with my rowing machine. My dad gave it to me months ago, but it needs oiled and adjusted, so it's just been leaning against the wall. If I can't get that to happen, I'm going for a walk/run. My knee has been hurting, and I think using it will help.
