Spent all last night at the ER, now what?

Monday, November 19, 2012

So I'm needing some advice.

I spent all last night until 6:30 am this morning at the ER with my husband. He is doing fine now, he has some issues with his stomach that can be a little scary sometimes.

After staying up all night, I had 2 hours of sleep and went to work.

I'm not feeling up to working out. Is that OK, or am I making excuses?

    Family and health come first..
If you do not get proper sleep, YOUR immune system starts acting up, you will be susceptible to any and every big out there..
It is exercise, not brain surgery,, do not feel guilty or like you need to find an excuse for us!! Crash on the couch, snuggle and sleep, drink some hot tea, take a nice shower,,,
If you MUST do something, do leg lifts while lounging on the couch.. emoticon

Darling your family will always come first. Take care of your husband and take care of yourself as well. you don't have to exercise everyday. Take a break and take care of your family. Call in sick at work.
