So I'm needing some advice.
I spent all last night until 6:30 am this morning at the ER with my husband. He is doing fine now, he has some issues with his stomach that can be a little scary sometimes.
After staying up all night, I had 2 hours of sleep and went to work.
I'm not feeling up to working out. Is that OK, or am I making excuses?
