Today I'm at 1653, which is much better than yesterday's 1850+. This morning, I weighed myself and found what I had been dreading: I've gained weight since last week. I'm at 154 instead of 153, which really stinks. 10 more pounds to go!
I guess I lost a pound while I was sick in bed and not eating much and I've gained it back. Its quite demoralizing because it makes me realize how careful I have to be, which is stressful.
Today, for example, i was at a friend's house having lunch. She had cheddar cheese slices out. I had one slice as a snack. Then for lunch, I had another slice with toast, along with soup. i thought that lunch was very healthy. Instead, when I tracked, each slice was 90 calories!
There are no sweets in the house to tempt me for a cookie post dinner. Its around 8, so I hope that I can withstand my cravings!
I biked to see my friend, which was about 20 minutes there and back. Even though its physical exercise, which is good, I really don't think it makes much of an impact because I cycle so slowly. Tomorrow, I'm going to try to go to a body blast class that is down the street. I think it will be tough but it will be worth it.
