Today is Day 19-
Recap of Day 17 and 18
The weekend was busy - and fun! Day 17 - 2306 calories; Day 18 - 1541. Day 17 was planned - but again I was surprised at how much things went over. I went out for the evening - dinner & movies. I tried to make good choices, but things just are so calorie-ridden. Day 18 I found myself craving crappy food choices (probably because of the choices on the 17th) but managed to still stay (barely) within calorie range.
No exercise on Day 17 & 18 - at least any scheduled. I did end up walking quite a bit during the day in Seattle on the 18th. At least I was moving.
Turkey Day is on track - just need to pick up that pie! I refused to bake one this year - but don't worry we WILL have pie :)
Santa Day is on track as well - planning is moving forward.
My son arrives Wednesday night for Thanksgiving - I'm really looking forward to seeing him.
Plan for Day 19 -
Meeting with Trainer #8 for a butt-kickin' lol. I am enjoying these workouts even as I grumble through them. I find myself grumbling that I can't do MORE - which I think is a better thing to be grumbling about than having to do them! Then tonight I will be at the fitness/nutrition class with my daughter at the YMCA - so double exercise today :)
