I hurt my knee last night, during my workout, and immediately after, there was a big blue bruise with a white outline around it on the exact middle front of my knee. It hurt really bad to walk around and kept buckling from under me. :(
This morning, it still feels a little "off", the bruise is still there, and I had a strength training routine to do today. Ugh. I decided to do some pilates, and I made it through all 40 minutes of my pilates tape.
I really hate how injuries put a damper on things. I'm just so glad I was able to get some fitness in anyway.
