    It is quite interesting looking at the taper for the Hudson plan compared to Galloway. That 12 miles with 6 miles at marathon pace is much harder than what you'd do one week out with Galloway. Of course all the training has been a different level of intensity. I really think it will help with your confidence that you can hold that marathon pace.
