Ok so I lost another pound and a half

emoticon I lost more weight but instead of feeling happy I feel down.
Too many things going on and i seem to be having problems getting places on time.
Hubby is unhappy I am not sitting on the couch eating and watching TV with him.
I just want to loose the weight and i have to break old habits.
One moment at a time I will stick to my plan. So now I will get the kitchen straightened up

    Keep up the good work! I can totally relate with the issues you are having with your husband. Lets say I've had a great day watching my calories and exercising, and he comes along just before bedtime with pb&j and milk! Sometimes he eats two of them as a bedtime "snack!" And he is not happy when I don't join him. We have to make it clear that food isn't everything. It is so hard!

    I think everyone goes through different emotions when they are on their weight loss journey. I am sorry your husband is not as encouraging as maybe he could be but it sounds like you are determined to make a change and I really hope you are successful. Just keep focused on your goals and just take it one day at a time. emoticon emoticon
