Yesterday was the first time in a very long time I actually did some serious free weights in a gym.
I FEEL FANTASTIC! GIVE me that lactic acid build up I love it. Muscle fatigue, good stuff
I did 30 minutes cardio, 3 sets seated row, 3 sets lat pull downs, 6 sets of curls.
Not the most complete training but a start. I feel great enough to move forward.
