So, I had lost another 3 pounds a couple weeks ago. I didn't want to claim it on my tracker because I know from past experience that with water weight... those couple pounds here and there are temporary. Well, with this lifestyle change, my water retention has been nil. With the once a month cheat meal, I sometimes have tight hands and water weight, but nothing like before.
Now, I have maintained those 3 pounds (would probably be more if I could keep the sporadic motivation EVERY week..). So, I am claiming them! I have updated my tracker! I am officially under 230!
I did take the kids to the zoo yesterday for a picnic... even though it rained. They say in Portland, if you wait to do something until it stops raining... Well, you will probably never get to do it. LOL! We got 2 hours or walking done. Now, I want to get a couple more movement days in this week so I can splurge on Thursday with some gravy and snickerdoodle ice cream.
This holiday weekend is extra special because the oldest turns Sweet 16 on Turkey Day! Yay!

    Congratulations on being under 230!!!!! That is emoticon . It seems like everytime I lose weight, I struggle hard to get below 229. I have a goal of being at 222 by New Years so that I can be at 50 pounds total lost. My lowest adult weight is 224 so I am crossing my fingers. You should post some pics updating us on your success. I am sure you look trimmer than even you realize.

Have a MARVELOUS Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to it. My plan is to workout hard and eat light leading up to dinner on THanksgiving night. I want to get a tiny bit of nearly everything so that I can say I tasted it.
