oh you guys,
the weekend was a real weekend full of temptation and junk food and a wacky sleeping schedule. despite eating appropriately for the celebrations i was at (the aforementioned wedding and a 1 year old's birthday party!), i went to the gym saturday and sunday. and THIS MORNING i went to the gym before work..unheard of for me. yesterday boyfriend and i got new gym-friendly headphones, and that was a nice little treat to start the week off right. i forgot what day i skipped (woops) but now i only have 2 days left for my workout-before-thanksgiving streak! thursday will be a nice day off relaxing and eating junk with family, and friday will be a long gym day! so far i've just been leaning back into the gym via cardio, but friday i plan to do an hour of cardio and a half hour of weights. we will see..
