Todays Spark visualization was:
"Picture the amount of weight you've lost so far in a way that you can really visualize itómaybe you've lost a set of 20-pound dumbbells, a few cans of soup or the weight of your dog! Feel the heaviness of that weight and be proud of how far you've come!"
I decided to take that a step farther. I grabbed a heavy duty canvas shopping bag, wrote "Raevens Weight Bag" on it and filled it with the amount of weight I've lost so far. I plan to continue to fill the bag as I lose more weight.
I'm at the point in my weight loss journey where I feel better but I don't really notice any other changes. I needed a pick me up to help me logically see how much weight I've lost even if I don't see it in the mirror. This bag will serve that purpose. Right now there are 2 ten pound weights in it. I've lost 19.4 pounds so far but I figured I would add twenty pounds into the bag because it was quick and because that 20 pound mark is right around the corner.
I picked up the bag and OMG!!!!! I could barely lift it. I HAVE gotten rid of that much weight. NOW I feel better. I cant wait to add more weight to the bag.
