My crime is i ate way way way to much at our company's Fall Potluck! I thought i did ok, but when i loaded everything in my tracker it was BAD!!! REALLY BAD!!!! Who knew that Ricotta Pie had soo many calories and fat. A whopping 347 calories and 19 grams of fat. That was just the dessert. When added to everything else i ate a total of 1005 calories and 50 grams of fat....for LUNCH!!!! Miraclously i didn't go over my calorie intake for the day. I decided for dinner to have a spinach salad with vinagerette at only 212 calories. Anyway for that i decided i needed to do some time for that crime. Exercise time that is...LOL
Sentenced for the weekend
45 min of cardio dance,
7.5 miles for Fri.,Sat.,and Sun.
8-8oz water daily
8 hours of sleep per night
Time completed with a scale victory of 4 pounds lost!!!
This week plan is to eat light for the next few days and get in extra exercise minutes before the big Turkey day!! Still sticking to eating my dinner on a dessert plate and had one small piece of pie. And limit my snaking to veggies. Good Luck everyone!!!
