I've never kept a blog before. I've always been hesitant about it. I never know what to write or say, but writing things down does seem to help. I know keeping a notebook of my workouts and my meals has certainly helped keep me on plan in the past. So maybe keeping a blog will help keep my motivation on track and maybe even help change my mindset. I've ended up in a very negative mindset lately and I want to get back to the happier, healthier me that I know I am. I've made some great progress the last month, but I feel the drive slipping (especially with the holidays coming). So time to use the tools available to me. So here it is, my first blog. My new beginning.
