I believe inDr. Fuhrman's Healing Foods plan !!!

Last Wednesday I had a colonoscopy done. As I was leaving the building I started with a drippy nose and sneezing. Otherwise I felt fine.

All my life, a head cold meant at least 3 weeks of drippy nose, sneezing and body aches. But this time only mild symptoms with no aches...and only 3 or 4 days!!Except for stressing the foods on this diet I have not changed anything in my life.

I am far from where I hope to get in following the plan for the last month or so. For one thing my DH has little interest in vegetables, even as a soup as I get them. So I compromise and eat one meal a day from his likes. That seems to be enough. And so easy and tasty to do.
